Brooklyn Pizza

I was feeling a bit under the weather today so instead of venturing out to the mall to look for food, I decided to call in sick and have some delivered.

Looking through my folder of food delivery flyers I saw Brooklyn Pizza – I’m pretty sure that it’s been more than a year since I last had a bite of their pizza. So I ordered in. They only have pizzas so you can’t expect to order any side dishes. the best part is you can split this 18 inch monster of a pizza to as many as 4 flavors in one order. I decided to split mine in half – one half is pepperoni with mushrooms, other half is what they call porko – all meat with bacon. Yummy!

The damage to my funds was around 580 pesos, but that’s ok because my sister was coming over to bring me some medicine – we can both take on the challenge.

It took Brooklyn Pizza, Makati branch, about 40 minutes to get to my house which was fine because I had no plans of getting up during the first 30 minutes of waiting.

Here’s my monster review on this monster pizza:

1. 18 inches – cool!

2. Taste – meat is about average but the pizza sauce, tomato, was a bit on the bland side. I had to put some ketchup and or my favorite chilli garlic sauce to get it to my liking.

3. Ask them to cut it into smaller slices – the slices are a mouth full.

Anyway, I still have 2 slices left. I’ll devour that tomorrow.
